I am the Founder and Director of Echi [eh-chee], a strategic change consultancy.

The world is changing and so is the landscape in which mission-led organisations and groups can thrive.

At Echi, we work with organisations on both their internal structures; their purpose, organisational values and behaviours, and on the external; in their organisational priorities, strategic impact and goals to help find synergies and cohesion between both.
